Runes

You should usually go for tank.If you adc can handle himself or you prefer roaming, go for the roam build. If you're team lacks damage, you can go for AP.

If you're playing against mainly ap champs, pick the mr stat rune instead of armor.

Tank

You can swap out conditioning for second wind or bone plating if you're fighting against poke heavy matchups.

Roam

You can swap out relentless hunter for ultimate hunter if the lock down cc is more valuable to your team.

AP

For ap you can also use domination as primary runes. For domination both predator and dark harvest are good.

    Skill Path

    You can start with wither q or e.

    Start e if you need the cc in a level 1 fight or for damage reduction agains poke. This is my default go to.

    Start q if you adc has cc or you know the enemies will fight you and you can win, q start will give you higher damage and sustain.

    For tank I usually max e for shorter cooldown on cc and better damage reduction, but maxing q is fine too.
