Runes (Loadout)

Movement Speed-Tank is generally the way to go. You are an immense threat to the enemies team with your splitpush and pick potential. Take

Second Wind
if you are plaiyng against a ranged or generally poky matchup.

DMG-Sustain does an insane ammount of damage but you are slightly more squishy. Pick DMG-Sustain if your team needs damage or if you will have to solo carry and are confident in destroying your lane matchup.

Summoner Spells & Items Loadout

Movement Speed-Tank is my way to go but DMG-Sustain does an insane amount of damage. You are a little bit more squishy but you snowball so hard and can solo carry the game.

DMG-Sustain

Only buy

Immortal Shieldbow
if you absolutely HAVE to. You need the mobility from
Galeforce
.
Black Cleaver
and
Sterak's Gage
provide tankyness as well as a huge amount of damage.
Navori Quickblades
will amp up your abilities and
Stormrazor
provides the right stats for your E
Judgment
.

Movement Speed-Tank

Movementspeed-Tank is generally the way to go. You will splitpush for the majority of the game. You can pick Champs so easily and you can escape almost every situation due to your insane movement speed. Buy

Hullbreaker
only if absolutely necessary, when you think you won't be joining team fights any time soon. The buy order on Movementspeed-Tank might look strange to you but buy
Winged Moonplate
and
Zeal
immediately after
Black Cleaver
. This build is all about movement speed. Complete
Phantom Dancer
last, except if you are already snowballing. Needless to say, you don't need
Force of Nature
if there is no (0) AP on the enemy team.

Descriptions & Notes

You can easily carry with Garen but if enemy botlane or any other hyper carry in the game gets ahead its gg. Focus on your lane as it's the most important time for the outcome of your game.

If your lane is unplayable, do your best to splitpush or roam to top river to help your jungler and maybe even gank your midlaner.
