Runes
First, there are two sets of runes that you can mainly use. First is the meta First strike, with perfect timing, futures market and cosmic insight with cheapshot ultimate hunter secondary. This path allows you to get alot of gold with first strike and get big buys with futures market to get your rocketbelt core as fast as possible but ganks before level 6 are very unlikely to succeed so if the enemy jungle is an early ganker like Lee Sin, you wont be able to counter presure him since you have to keep your lane presence to a minimum to reach level 6 as fast as possible, so make sure to tell your team mates to chill for a bit
The second rune path is a predator with cheap shot, eyeball collector, ultimate hunter with futures market and consmic insight secondary. This path still keeps futures market so you can make a big buy after your level 4 clear where you would want to get boots and gank a lane with predator very early on and it would succeed most of the tie since the enemy won't expect a fiddlesticks gank this early on and he has a fear and a silence, but you will have to use the fog of war efficiently so the enemy won't see you.

How to Start the game
First the starting items you will be buying are hailblade, control ward and a health potion. So you will first you would want to place your scarecrow at you red buff and hold out at the river at your blue buff with your top laner and wait to see if the enemies will gank. If its silent you would want to get the enemies red buff and raptors are place the control ward at the bush next to the raptors camp and go back to your jungle and start the clear. This will make sure that you will have enough gold to get tier 2 boots or a hextech alternator when you base with the help of futures market and slow down the enemy jungler so that you will reach level 6 before him. (This is completely optional it might not work in higher ranks but in lower ranks it always does)
How to gank successfully and play your ult correctly
Ganking is one of the things a jungler must do in order to give his laners and andvantage to dominate the lane and ganking on fiddlesticks is very efficent. If your using the Predator rune page you just have to activate your predator, run into lane and just use your Q,E,W combo to kill the enemies with the help of your teammates. If your running the First strike page you really wont gank till you have your crowstorm and the best way to play this is when the enemy is overextended or attacking your turret so with the fear of your ult and with Q and E you can easily kill the enemies
Lategame strategy
The lategame is where fiddlesticks is the strongest, even if the enemy team is ahead all it takes in 1 perfectly placed ult where your teammates can collaps on to end the game so make sure to place your scarecorws at objects like drake and baron so that you can coordinate with your team ahead in time to completey wipe out the enemy team
Things to look out for
1) If you dont have your ult you are not very strong so play with your ult timer
2) Crowstorm is very strong so use it efficently
3) If your laners start dying before you hit 6 just tell em to play safe for a bit
4) After you hit 6 make sure to have a strong lane presense
5) Your passive is great so place vision where you need it
6) You can become a scarecrow, sooo trick the enemies by acting like one
7) Your scarecrow can often make the enemies waste thire flash so be smart with them
8) Dont be toxic to your team. Acknowledge that you wont be helping alot without your R
9) Always drag 2 camps together to make your clear fast. Timing matters
