counters any camouflaged champion

giving you an edge when trying to clear out vison
low cooldown items also let you embrace the supportive playstyle
early lane sustain lets you out poke a lot of enemies
helps out with exhaust cooldown
reduces item cooldown slightly
great addition to seraphine enabling a simple stun on a over extended enemy
this item enables seraphine to boost her whole teams move speed in her w
adding on the initial boost being able to boost move speed for 8 seconds
after gathering 500 gold on the support item resetting for Oracle lens in the best play
letting you sweep ward around the map while your wards and poro wards spot out the enemy giving you a highly versioned and safe lane
