Mark Guide
Your passive is what makes this champion so broken, mark as soon as you would be entering possible vision for your gank or well in advance if you are pathing towards a lane. Mark enemy jungler start of game and in teamfights mark whoever on enemy team most likely to die (ex enemy nautilus)
This smite is awful. Never buy it.
Attack speed is broken on kindred, dont buy this unless you are trying to snowball even harder but even then its just ok
Insanely broken interactions with your
Wolf's Frenzy
W and E and Q is always up. If you have very good mechanics and buy this item you can win any game if fed almost no matter what
Please dont buy this if you dont know exactly when its good
Really only good if you are very fed
Buy these if you are low on marks or trying to snowball hard. Defensive boots are just really nice since you have so much free attack speed from

Dont go this unless you are very good at kindred, its a rune that allows you to push your limits and take fights you otherwise could not.
Overall very good rune, lets you get fed the easiest but falls off later in the game when you may not be able to dps 1 target consistently.
Weaker early but by far the best later in the game with the spacing and dps it allows
Really good rune if you dont like eyeball
Amazing rune if you do not like treasure hunter
You dont need cosmic insight in season 13, go futures and boots for insane tempo item wise
Really needed rune vs tanks now, go this if you see more than 1 hp stacker
Only take this with lethal, otherwise just go mercs
Feel like its only good with conq playstyle but its up to preference

These items require you to be very good at the champion to get the full use out of them, they are often very expensive also so you need a good economy.
Kindred marks spawn on 40 second intervals on camps and set instantly, if experienced you can path to marks before they even spawn or delay finishing a dragon to let it mark. Marks on champions take 8 seconds to set and you cant remark for 3 minutes if you complete your hunt succesfully.
