Renata is an enchanter/engage hybrid support that sets up the heavy work while letting your team do it. She's well-balanced at all states of the game but would be characterized as a Mid/Late game support.
Help your allies by pulling off stunts like this.
Runes
These three are what I believe are the strongest for Renata Glasc.
The Best Keystones
Bad Keystones
Guardian
is her best keystone since it offers extra protection during laning phase with the shield and bone plating. More protection but less scaling. Guardian also procs on her
Bailout
for some extra shielding while further away. Guardian works with enchanter and is the rune you take for Tanknata.
Summon Aery
is a well-rounded rune in general for Renata Glasc. It offers extra mana and protection for allies with
Loyalty Program
and
Bailout
. Summon Aery also has better scaling than Guardian but you lose some safety the in laning phase. Enchanter works best with Summon Aery.
Glacial Augment
is EXTREMELY niche on Renata Glasc but it works. You have more kill potential in laning with your
Handshake
but you lose protection and scaling because of it. Glacial Augment can also mess up
Hostile Takeover
by proccing and lets the target not able to reach the other target. Take it if you think you can force a kill lane, but other than that don't take it.
Arcane Comet
allows you to have some extra poke. Renata is an enchanter/engage hybrid. Not a mage or damage dealer. You won't have enough AP for the damage late-game and it doesn't scale as well as the above runes.
Electrocute
is not good for Renata since she favors little from the domination tree and that it's hard to proc. Offers no value to allies compared to the other three.

Summoner Spells
The summoners you should be bringing for Renata Glasc are Flash and Ignite. Flash is necessary for her since she has no escape when collapsed on. Ignite is good on her for engaging for the grievious and faster takedown if your ally gets
Bailout
procced on them. Exhaust is good if your against a kill lane or a carry jungler. Bring heal if your ADC doesn't.

Loyalty Program
is currently the best ability to max first on Renata. Follow it up with
Bailout
and then
Handshake
.

and then maxing out
Bailout
is also very strong rn for the stronger stats and lower cooldown in laning.

I've haven't bought this item but the stats are really good, gives ability haste while mulitplying it

Tenacity and Magic Resist, go these boots when against a lot of AP damage and cc.
Armor, go these boots when against a lot of AD damage.
When against a single fed person to shut their damage down on you. Increases

If they have more than one AP carry go this item.

My favorite duo with Renata Glasc. Your

are great engage for Samira.

her once she's in the fight and then the fight is probably in your favor.

Kalista can apply more spears with

but it'll be unlikely.

has amazing synergy with Yasuo due to the attack speed steroid and the second chance.
Handshake
also has a knockup but the Yasuo has to be mashing it.
Lots of movement speed with
Bailout

is your only source of reiable engage so try to hit it with Draven.
Current Zeri build (12.12) has her going Phantom Dancer second so she can be at 1.50 attack speed (her cap.) This makes
Bailout
only good on her for the movement speed. Zeri however loves shields because of
Living Battery
that your
Loyalty Program
can support.
Tristana has good synergy with
Bailout
, she will love the attack speed early game and the movement speed lategame for kiting.
If the Varus is going On-hit or Attack Speed, Renata has really good synergy with them. If Varus is going AP or Lethality, I suggest going a different pick.
Xayah gets better value out of
Deadly Plumage
with
Bailout
. You can also
Handshake
the enemy champion into her feathers allowing a quick snare.
Really rough laning, you will turn Jinx into a late-game monster because of
Get Excited!
and
Bailout
's attack speed boost.
Really niche. Only really good for
Handshake
into Caitlyn traps.
You are able to rapid enchant with
Bailout
and
Loyalty Program
so he can get value out of
Lightslinger
.
Late-game monster. Amazing scaling with

with the revive and attack speed to really shred people. Nilah can also pair
