Intro
Hey my name is Emperor and im a EUW Support main and thats my first guide.
Before i start: Rakan is a very versatile champ and a lot of itembuilds work on him. Test out stuff yourself and try to enjoy the champ as much as possible!
Runes (Loadout)
Overall Guardian is the best option and works for all Matchups. Glacial can be good in matchups against champs like Alistar or Rell. So champs that have to hard engage. Predator is for lanes you cant win, so you just roam a lot with it and try to win mid/top/jgl.

Summoner Spells
Flash is a must have and makes Rakan a lot more agressive. Exhaust/Ignite can provide a lot of utility in early lane fights and later teamfights.

Skill Path
In general the W max seems to be the most played skill order. But pros often experiment with E max or some points in Q against champs like Zilean or Yuumi.

Item Builds
The Shurelias build is one of the most basic builds for Rakan and should be really self-explanatory. You just have speed, utility and speed up your team for hardengage or a smooth disengage. The Everfrost one is played a lot by MAD Kaiser and it provides a lot of utility, damage and a good amount of health at the same time.
Items like Zhonyas work pretty well aswell, but its like a lot of items really situational. The only import part for the Everfrost build is the core with Everfrost and Redemption.
