New Singed Jungle Guide
Singed is oddly a pretty damn good jungler, able to clear camps well and get good ganks in, especially once he manages to fully grow his Blue Smite. Usually you skip level 3 W for a second Q upgrade but as a jungler, the Adhesive helps a lot for some early ganks or saves for your teammates, as Singed is really good at being able to bring enemies both closer and farther away from his teammates.
Singed is slightly below average when it comes to clearing camps, so for him we skip early Golems, going for Red > Raptors > Wolves > Frog > Blue > Scuttlebug.
The only real warning is to try to be a little mana conservant early game as to not run out and be forced to use only your autos, you may also choose to swap out Absolute Focus for Manaflow Band if you wish to abuse your abilities clears slightly earlier at the expense of a bit of overall damage.
Depending on your match-ups you may also choose to use Liandry's Anguish over Riftmaker if you're fighting many enemy tanks, also as Singed, we bring ghost over flash so we can better spread our Poison, but if youre fighting characters with high mobility, you can also choose to use flash so you can Fling them away from a good position and into your team.
Our only real weakness is lack of speed, to solve this we rush Boots of Swiftness, and use Rylai's to get early slowdown, due to how we want to spread poison, we generally want to use Blue Smite but we can also choose to go Red Smite if we want to use flash over ghost if the enemy is highly mobile, you may also choose to use Mercury Treads if the enemy has a lot of CC as theres not much Singed can do to stop long range CC champs.
