Im a kai'sa player with around 400k points and this guide will make you the best kai'sa player the world has ever seen
Runes (Loadout)
I recommend taking the basic loadout if you dont know what you are doing. If you understand the match up, and understand that you wont get poked out, I recommend the second rune page

I recommend starting Q into w for lvl 2 so that you have a stronger early trade because Kai'sa e is really weak early lvls. This also helps stacking your plasma faster in a trade.
