Go the AD Build only on Bot lane.

Go Lethal Tempo if the enemy has some tanks/frontline champs, that would go into your face, and if you're playing a front-to-back team comp.

Don't go Doran's Blade if you are going Cut Down.

Lethal Tempo builds:
Go Lord Dominik's before Bloodthirster if the enemies are tankier and have some Armor. Go Bloodthirster before Lord Dominik's if the enemy is less tanky, but they have more poke.
Lord Dominik's can be changed to Mortal Reminder if the enemies don't have that much max HP, and Anti-Heal is needed.
Mythic: Always go Kraken Slayer.
Navori/Infinity: Navori is better with Lethal Tempo, but if you don't like it, you can go Infinity
Anti-Supress build: Only finish Mercurial Scimitar as last item.
Hail of Blades builds:
Go Lord Dominik's before Bloodthirster if the enemies are tankier and have some Armor. Go Bloodthirster before Lord Dominik's if the enemy is less tanky, but they have more poke.
Lord Dominik's can be changed to Mortal Reminder if the enemies don't have that much max HP, and Anti-Heal is needed.
Mythic: Most of the time, go Kraken, but against no tanks, you can go Galeforce. With Galeforce, you need to finish Phantom Dancer, it's not enough to buy Zeal.
Navori/Infinity: Infinity is better with Hail of Blades, I recommend going it always with Hail of Blades.
Anti-Supress build: Only finish Mercurial Scimitar as last item.
When going Collector (Against no tanks): You can go either Bloodthirster or Lord Dominik's last item - go Bloodthirster normally, but go Lord Dominik's if the enemies have bought Armor items (Zhonya's, Death's Dance, Guardian Angel etc.)

Go Hail of Blades if you still want to go in, and deal more consistent dmg with your Auto Attacks as well, not just poke.

Go First Strike if you want to only poke, and mostly have dmg only when your abilities are up.

Hail of Blades builds:
You can change the order of Luden's and Nashor's, but if you go Luden's 1st then you shouldn't finish it but buy an Amplifying Tome after the Blasting Wand and Lost Chapter needed for Luden's to get W upgrade.
Build against heavy AP: You can chage Void Staff to Shadowflame if the enemies don't have that much MR but hey have more shields.
First Strike builds:
With Zhonya's: you can change Shadowflame to Void Staff if the enemy has quite a bit of MR.
Anti-AP: You can change your items according to the conditions. If the enemy has a lot of AP dmg, you can go both Banshee's and Maw, if the have less, but you still want to buy MR, and plan to go Rabadon's, then go Banshee's. If they have a lot of poke, then go Maw and no Banshee's. You can always change Shadowflame and Void Staff, but only build Rabadon's if you have a lot of AP (300+).
You can change boots in both builds, these are just the best ones to go with for each of the runes.
