Runes (Loadout)
I recommend most of the times to go with comet since you are able to continously poke the enemy and deal bonus DMG. Gathering Storm can be switched with Scorch, even tought i think Gathering Storm is way better in late game.

Summoner Spells & Items Loadout
Most of the times you will face a Tank/Bruiser, so in order to get some extra DMG with brushes i like to rush Nashor Tooth. In my opinion you can rush Liandry's anyway since it might be giving a hard time to the enemy, especially the tanky ones.

I recommend to ban whoever can dash/jump or outrange you, since your early is really bad and you can just get killed in the very first wave.
