Introduction and Ability Overview

Hello all, I am the number 1 support in EUW, for proof please check my account bio, and am also an avid fan of blitzcrank, and wanted to share what I believe are the two best ways to play one of the best roaming supports in the current meta.





Q: This is his signature ability, throwing out his hand to grab an enemy and pull them to him. Use liberally and always aim for the tank/fed enemy, your team will definitely be able to focus them down and kill them and no one will have any reason to blame you for prioritising bad targets. Your Q has a 10 minute CD at rank 1, so try running at the enemies with W and E for an easy surprise kill, they won't expect you to go in after missing your hook.





W: A brief movement and attack speed boost, followed by a period of movement speed reduction. Used only for running at the enemy support with predator, if you use it to run away then you're playing Blitzcrank wrong. Build full AD and be shocked by the damage output and compliments from your teammates.





E: Knock an enemy into the air, CCing them for a couple of seconds. Whilst this ability may sound pretty useless, it has insane AD scaling, this will be your main damage dealer until you get your ult.





ULT: Your ultimate makes you shit out lightning in a huge area around yourself, silencing enemy champions and doing a lot of damage, consider building full AP to one shot the entire enemy team. Will also make your attacks shoot lightning at enemies when not on cooldown, but this ability should always be on cooldown, otherwise you're wasting big AOE damage.

A final message for people wondering what to do when their teammates demand you build tank items or support items, politely but firmly remind them that you are a hybrid AP/AD roaming assassin, think pyke but with some AP scaling, and suggest that maybe they should build tank if they're dying all the time after failing to kill the fed Darius you dragged into your backline.
