in depth Janna Guide

I've reached Challenger on euw and here is a quick guide for janna only
is easier to play in lane and more noob friendly compare to , if you feel like it's hard matchup for you I would recommend going which makes the lane easier because of the slow / damage reduction from enemy and and if u feel like it's not enough you can swap to . The only thing u have to pay attention with Glacial is u shouldn't waste your
in late game unless you face-checking bushes because in team-fight you should try to always have it up which might turn the fight around. Howling Gale
is better for snowballing the game, It has better scaling and damage and the extra shield is also the extra ap from runes , and which makes your spells even more powerful, with you will receive tons of movement stats for free which allows you to play around the map faster.
I usually start
level 1 it enables me to push the lane and poke the enemy from safe distance and less likely to get cheesed level 2 from enemy afterward I will max Howling Gale into Eye Of The Storm and as last Zephyr I wouldn't recommend maxing Howling Gale first at any game because of her Zephyr range nerf and damage her squishiness would punish you most of the time trying to walk into their range Zephyr
(sometimes it's fine to go
at level 2 for example with lucian he is able to dash in and do extra damage with Eye Of The Storm and his passive Eye Of The Storm also if u feel like you are not able to use Lightslinger because scared of dying it's also fine Janna is not an early game champion) Zephyr
is always better than any support item available for Janna I usually finish before but sometimes I will get bad back and have only 650g left which makes me buy , try to always have a in your slot every time you back and if u playing for example against
or Yuumi I always rush before afterward if enemy doesn't have any CC I go into when I hit level 13 which completes my build if they have hard CC for example Soraka / Ashe I go after and than as my last Item, the only reason I go is because it gives me extra and it gives passive stack for only 1100g (cost efficiency). Lissandra
Always have and either or , I prefer in lower elo because it allows me to snowball the game harder and vs
has better value in higher elo because it's less likely you are able to kill them before 5min mark and is also better on you because of and other support items which amplifies Heal spell up to 50% and more.
What about ..? I would usually ask my adc to go exhaust because I try to space where enemy won't reach me when Janna is so vulnerable to everything nowadays and is so much more efficient on enchanters compare to adc.
What about matchups?
I actually find it harder to play vs Enchanters compare to tanks because any Enchanters is better early and has better scaling than Janna in my opinion.
Tanks support are hard matchup.. well they are really strong early but they get outscaled by enchanters in mid-late game also in laning phase they have to rely on their spells to hit while enchanters don't "really" which is their weakness so if u manage to survive early game against it it's very favor for Janna to outscale any tank support.
Roaming (early game)
I usually look at my wave if it's gonna push and if my adc wont die to their dive I will go from mid to do some stuff on the map otherwise I will go back to lane and catch the xp. if the lane is really at bad spot u will have to go back to bot from base to help to fix the wave so your adc won't tilt and get zoned from xp. Also most Tank supports also go base to mid so you usually match with it so it's either 2v2 or 3v3 on the mid
What do you ban?
I always ban
it's very hard to punish the Yuumi on the lane and she outscales Yuumi way more than any other Enchanters. also Janna is very difficult matchup, even if u manage to win lane the moment she get Powerspike it's very hard to do anything against it as Sona unless your team is winning hard. Janna
