 is scaling with items and levels. She's kinda like melee Kayle
. She's really weak into teamcomps with 3+ long range champions but she's very strong vs 4+ melee and she melts tanks like butter and she's decent vs bruisers if she doesn't fall behind.

 are synergizing well with Gwen
 mostly because of great setup for her in teamfights and ability to pick a carry which Gwen
 100 to 0 while they're under crowd control.

About runes﻿
Precision
 with Sorcery
 grant damage scaling through game-length and Hallowed Mist
 cooldown refund which is very desired in teamfights.

Precision
 with Resolve
 on other hand grants you tankiness through game-length so it's up to you to decide if you feel better with damage or tankiness. In my opinion Sorcery
 secondary is better because you will die without Hallowed Mist
 anyway in most of scenarios.

SUMMONER SPELLS✂️

Ignite
 is most universal because it gives damage and healing reduction so you wont need to buy Morellonomicon
 later because of just one champion. Exhaust
 is an option when you may be bursted or face long range carries which u can't get on even with Ghost
. Teleport
 is great for splitpushing which means soaking exp and gold so it'll makes you scale faster. 
ITEMIZATION
About itemization
Usually you will want to rush 
Riftmaker
 into Nashor's Tooth
 because it gives you great 1v1 potential and you starting clearing waves with these 2 items.

Seeker's Armguard
 may be great 1st purchase if you lane against Akshan
, Quinn
 or Pantheon
.
﻿
Zhonya's Hourglass
 is a best 3rd item when you'll need to survive a while without Hallowed Mist
, rush Rabadon's Deathcap
 3rd when you can't be bursted without Hallowed Mist
. 
﻿
Cosmic Drive
 is better than Morellonomicon
 and Demonic Embrace
 which bait you into tankiness that is non-existent. Cosmic Drive
 allows you to space better and gives you 105 AP which is really high amonut scaling well with abilities AP ratios.

 deal bonus magic damage equal to 1% (+0.8% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health.

 heals for 50% of post-mitigation damage, but i can't be more than 10-25 (+6.5% AP) per champion hit.
Also your attacks deal 8-30 extra magic damage to minions below 20% HP which allows you to kill every minion under turret with use of 
Skip 'n Slash
 if you'll attack every minion correctly.

 snips 2 [+1 per Snippy stack (max. 4 Snippy stacks)] times. Every snip deals 10-26 (+5% AP) beyond the last which deals 60-140 (+35% AP). Center of ability applies A Thousand Cuts
 and convert 75% of each snip's damage into true damage. Minions below 20% HP are execute with 1000 bonus damage.
Damage from 
A Thousand Cuts
 is not converted into true damage but it's important to hit atleast last snip which deals real damage. You can use Skip 'n Slash
 while using Snip Snip!
 to hit every on target. If you hit every snip you deal true damage of 202.5 (+45% AP) only the rest of damage is reduced by Magic Resist
. Snip Snip!
 is almost a half of Gwen
's damage so it's important to learn how to land it.
﻿
Hallowed Mist
 grants you invureable from daamge outside it. Only turrets can damage you. You can't also be hit with any ability so use it to dodge enemy's crucial abilities and fight with them while in it to utilize additional Armor
 and Magic Resist
.

Skip 'n Slash
 grants 15 (+20% AP) magic damage on-hit, 75 attack range and 20-80% Attack Speed
. As Skip 'n Slash
 has no minimal dash range it allows you to reset basic attack. Use it for trades and wave clearing. You can jump over most of walls. Try to dodge abilities with dash when usage of Hallowed Mist
 is overkill.
﻿
Gwen
 launches needles(s) which each deal 35-95 (+10% AP) and applies A Thousand Cuts
. First target hit is slowed by 40-60%, secondary targets are slowed by 10-20%. First cast launches one needle, second - three, third - five needles. Spell shields block only one needle. If you land whole ability on target you deal amazing damage of 315-855 (+90% AP and 9 procs of A Thousand Cuts
) which means that you more likely gonna oneshot squishies with Snip Snip!
 and Needlework
 on three items. Second and third cast has 1s cooldown. Combo Needlework
 with attacks empowered by Skip 'n Slash
 and Snip Snip!
 for maximum damage potential.
