Kassadin has a pretty weak laning phase, unless he gets a few kills early. Kassadin's true strength only comes when he reaches level 16, or at least level 11. So Fleet Footwork is a Rune that suits Kassadin very well, giving him a safer laning phase. . Alternatively, Electrocute can be used in conjunction with Ignite to pressure solo kill when traveling with weaker rafters. Finally, First Strike (my favorite Rune), Kassadin is a champion with great damage and not too short range, so this is also a suitable Rune when going short to optimize gold.

Summoner Spells
Teleport is a spell that is very suitable for champions who have to stay in the lane and defend early in the game, in addition, this is also a very mutant spell at the end of the game with teleport phases behind enemies or creating mutations. In matches with AD generals or assassins or gladiators with not too much magic damage, max Force Pulse will be a great choice because it along with the ultimate will be Kassadin's main damage. In addition, in matches with AP champions or possessing a large amount of magic damage, going up to 3 Null Sphere and then maxing Force Pulse will make trade hits easier because of the amount of magic armor it creates and still retains his damage mid game.
