they removed the protobelt interaction with rengar's leap so idk go it if you want more magic pen i like night harvester for 1 shot and CDR since rengar has damage only when he has his double W
just use double W and do damage every few seconds
also you destroy towers LOL with lich bane and rengar Q
im not telling you how to play rengar you should already know how to if youre playing him AP
also dark harvest or electrocute might be good too
