Best rune options

Conqueror with Domination is my personal favorite. The omnivamp from Conqueror applies to true damage, so it ends up providing Amumu with very good sustain in combat, plus precision tree by itself also gives healing and sustained damage. Domination second is pretty much essential in every page. Cheap shot gives free damage on every Q and R or when an enemy is slowed with red buff burn. Ultimate Hunter reduces your R cooldown significantly even without stacks which is very important for ganks or fights. Aftershock is really just reserved for games with ample sustain champions where you can spec into defensive stats for your team rather than self peel. First Strike is good for games with squishy champions that you can easily scale against. It gives free true damage that scales with Amumu's inherent true damage while also granting gold with damage dealt with it.
