Hi guys! I go by Beagle, I'm a current high DIAMOND ADC main! 
Vayne
 was one of the first characters I fell in love with when I FIRST downloaded League. She was bad ass, had a crossbow and aesthetically, i was in love immediately. Man, was i not disappointed by her gameplay, I've been playing Vayne for close to 5 years now and she's easily one of my BEST ADCs hands down. She's probably the only ADC in the game that can put a team on her back every game if the Vayne
 player is good enough. 
With high movement speed from 
Night Hunter
 Passive and Final Hour
, dodging skill shots all game is really easy. Not to mention, Tumble
 is easily one of the best skill shot dodging abilities in the game, whether it be hooks or Ezreal
 Q's. Combine all these with the invisibility from Final Hour
 and Tumble
 as well as what she's known for best: TRUE DAMAGE from Silver Bolts
, Vayne
 is simply a character that will always be unstoppable with a lead in the right hands.

Press the Attack
 has been the premiere Vayne
 rune forever. Why? Well it's simple. It takes 3 autos to proc Silver Bolts
 and it takes 3 autos to proc Press the Attack
. Combine the 2 of them at the same time and the burst damage it provides is INSANE. It makes those trades hurt so much more and is so insanely good when the 3rd auto is paired with Tumble
.

Triumph
 is a great rune when paired with Vayne
. Not only does it help her snowball from the extra gold from takedowns, but Presence of Mind
 for Vayne
 is unnecessary as this champ doesn't use much mana other than when she uses Tumble
 for harass in lane. Overheal
 is a good secondary when you have a healing support like Soraka
.

Vayne
 LOVES attack speed. Why? To get as many Silver Bolts
 procs as possible and get them off as FAST as possible in fights. The more Silver Bolts
 that proc, the more true damage. This is why attack speed is SO GOOD on Vayne
. Legend: Alacrity
 gives you that extra boost.

Coup de Grace
 is a solid last pick for Vayne
 in the Precision tree. She doesnt really need that much help shredding tanks from Cut Down
. But, Last Stand
 is another solid option as it procs off your Immortal Shieldbow
 shield. Coup de Grace
 gives you extra finishing power against squishy comps.

Taste of Blood
 is actually a great rune for the Night Hunter as she loves to Tumble
 forward in lane and get a quick enhanced auto trade in and then back up and then rinse, repeat. Taste of Blood
 ensures you win that trade most of the time as long as you play your cards right and is really easy to proc on Vayne
 as long as you play the cooldown correctly.				
Now, this one is up in the air, some people like 
Treasure Hunter
 but I actually prefer Ultimate Hunter
 as Vayne
's ult is everything in the later stages of the game. Having Final Hour
 on a lower cooldown ensures you'll have it up for those important drag fights and skirmishes. This is also really easy to stack as Vayne
 is KNOWN for non stop snowballing.

Lethal Tempo
 since the rework where it stacks and uncaps attack speed has made it a menace on Vayne
. Especially with the Guinsoo's Rageblade
 on hit builds. This is so good against tanks because more attack speed = more Silver Bolts
 and more Silver Bolts
 = more TRUE DAMAGE.

Vayne Build Paths for Season 12Optimal Go-To On-Hit Build	
This build is definitely my overall go-to almost EVERY game. It has everything 
Vayne
 wants a champ and everything she NEEDS. First, lets start with Immortal Shieldbow
, Vayne
 doesnt really need help with damage, which is why she'd rather opt for survivability against assassins like Zed
 or Talon
. A dead Vayne
 is a worthless one.
﻿
Guinsoo's Rageblade
 applies Vayne
's Silver Bolts
 passive twice every 3 auto, meaning this dishes out insane amounts of True Damage. This is where Wit's End
 and Titanic Hydra
 comes into play, with the effects of Guinsoo's Rageblade
, it applies both Wit's End
 and Titanic Hydra
's on hit effects twice. This makes for an overall insane amount of damage and 1v5 potential. Topping it all off with the Quicksilver Sash
 active from Mercurial Scimitar
 for that extra survivability from CC, this build makes Vayne
 completely unstoppable at the late stages of the game.
Go-To Crit Build	
Not a fan of the On-Hit builds with 
Guinsoo's Rageblade
? Want your autos and Silver Bolts
 to hit a little harder? Maybe you just miss Season 7 Vayne
? Either way, this build is for you.
Personally, i actually prefer this build over the On-Hit builds but, On-Hit in MOST GAMES is just too good not to go. Nonetheless, this build is very viable for crit enthusiasts and I even used it myself. As long as they dont have a lot of HARD tanks like 
Ornn
 or Rammus
 (1 or less), this build is fantastic for 1v9ing as the burst potential is just next level.

Anti AP Poke Build
This is a build I saw Cookielol use once and I was instantly hooked on it. We've all played against those annoying ass 
Lux
 or Karma
 players, yea? Not only does this build provide sustain from the sheer amount of lifesteal, but it also makes you take far LESS damage from that pesky AP damage.
I typically go this build into a lot of AP champs like 
LeBlanc
, Lux
 and Evelynn
 for example. It makes you feel almost unkillable with a slight lead! Take this build if you're an avid Evelynn
 hater and she's in your game. Thank me later!

Vayne's MatchupsWORST MATCHUPSBreakdown
﻿
Ashe
 has way more range than you so be careful when it comes to trying to trade with her. Stand behind minions to avoid her W Poke. Try to survive till 6 and flash the arrow.	
This lane is all about surviving until level 6 to unlock 
Final Hour
 for the extra movement speed to close the distance so she cant auto space you. Try to side step the net.	
This matchup is really REALLY HARD. Look to tumble his Q, its a very TIGHT timing window so good luck. Other than that, you lose :D
Rush lifesteal, pray that you have a good support or your team carries. This one is almost unwinnable.
You can almost never win a trade against this champ if the player knows what they're doing on her. Try to avoid getting hit by her Q, tumble it and save flash for her level 6 all in.
Run exhaust here obviously, if she jumps in and you dont think you can win it, condemn her and tumble away. Try to farm it out with her as she shoves you in no matter what cause of her E passive.
HARD MATCHUPSBreakdown
This champ has 650 range with his green weapon but what he doesnt have is a level 1 ability, if he over steps, take advantage of it and look to trade/all in. After that, is where the lane gets really tricky until level 6. Avoid fighting him with Red/White gun combo.
Avoid playing behind low health minions and survive till level 6, after level 6 she really struggles to deal with you unless shes really ahead.
Her poke and trading pattern is annoying, she autos and then insta heals. Look to tumble/flash her root and all in her, as long as you dont get hit by root and get poked out too much, you can win.
Jinx wants to do the same as you. Farm, Scale, 1v9. She's like Caitlyn when it comes to range, she wants to poke you. Tumble her W and all in her at 6, she has no escapes.
Try not to get poked out here by his E. Tumble his Q and flash his R. This one is iffy cause no one plays Varus LOL
EVEN MATCHUPSBreakdown
Simlar to Jinx, he wants to farm and scale. If he ever uses his W, tumble away/run away till its on cooldown, then walk back up and look for trades. Save tumble for his Q if you can.
Twitch is really annoying sometimes but its even more annoying for Twich, you can tumble his W and his R auto attacks (pls buff twtich r). Not to mention, if he uncloaks on you, you can R+Q into insta invis and reposition to a condemn angle.
This one is only even if you dont play close to creeps, dont tumble to far forward when going for poke or else you'll eat her W+Isolated Q damage which will almost one shot you. You outscale her and your trading patterns are better. Save tumble for her W if possible.
You outrange her, poke her, exhaust her when she all ins and condemn her out of her ult.
EASY MATCHUPSBreakdown
REALLY easy matchup, you can trade with him at anytime but try to wait for his reload animation and tumble forward and get a free auto. At level 6, he can NEVER deal with you.
Save tumble for her E root combo and be ready to flash her ult root combo, apart from that, dont get poked out by her Q and you're fine here
You can tumble all his skills. Just play in minions and farm.
Poor Sivir. You can tumble her Q, she has lower range, low damage and theres nothing she can do about you playing aggro on her.

Vayne's Support Synergy Chart

Vayne
  as a champ is very good with most support champs, and it's really easy to synergize with almost anyone on this list! Play around with them and find which you like best/prefer. Generally, Vayne
 likes enchanters like Lulu
 because they buff attack speed and damage, pair that with Vayne
's on hit builds and you shred.		
Ideal Supports and Why they WORK with VayneBreakdown
When you think of 
Vayne
  duos, most people instantly think of Vayne/Lulu! Theres a reason for this, Lulu
  provides EVERYTHING Vayne wants. Movement speed, Survivability, Extra Damage, Peel, and even Attack Speed. She is the PERFECT support for Vayne. Ping in so your support knows your going to tumble in and trade so she can shield you, once you hit level 6, this lane feels almost unlosable.
﻿
Yuumi
  is really similar to Lulu, just less work for your support and more offensive summoner spells. Unlike other champs, Yuumi can just sit on her host, so she doesnt need flash and can take Ignite/Exhaust and Vayne can take an extra survivability summoner, like Cleanse
 or Barrier
. Again here, she provides movement speed, attack speed, more damage and poke. Not to mention the great trading potential you have with her in lane because of her sustain from her heals. This is a great champ with Vayne. One of the best.

Janna
 nowadays is a really good pick since her mini rework. Again, movement speed and extra damage, as well as peel from her ultimate ability. You're seeing a trend here right? Vayne
  loves all of these stats as it helps her turn into that 1v9 machine even more. Janna provides a lot to the table, shes great!
﻿
Thresh
 is great with vayne for different reasons than the enchanters. He provides great survivability with his lantern. This champ sets up Vayne
 to stomp lane with his crazy lane presence from his Hook and Flay abilities. He can zone and such while you freeze the lane and once he does hit s hook, its a done deal. He helps Vayne snowball like crazy while providing safety.
Nami is just like the other champs! Movement speed, Damage and sustain. She helps 
Vayne
  make it out of laning phase and scales along side her. Wait for her E cooldown to trade with enemy laners! You can take Approach Velocity
 in this lane if you can stomp them as it works on her E slow.
This is actually my favorite support to play with in the game as any ADC champ. He provides peel and so much CC. When you have a good 
Braum
 to sit behind, it really feels like you can 2v5 games. Whenever he lands Q and his passive shows on an enemy, use Auto into Tumble auto to set up a quick stun. Make sure to position behind the shield when he's shielding!

Zilean
 is an Odd champ. But nonetheless, this guy is slept on! He provides movement speed and a 2ND life for Vayne. Can you imagine having to kill a fed Vayne
 twice? Its a really frustrating champ to play against overall. Combine him with a hyper carry, and diving champs feel like their job is pointlessas they hae to risk their life just for a Zilean ultimate. play with his speed up for quick chase down picks and play around his ult cooldown!
This one may be questionable, but 
Morgana
 is a great pick with Vayne! She may not provide as much as other enchanters in the attacks speed/etc. department but having a spell shield so you dont have to worry about ANY cc is a great thing for a champ like Vayne
 who's tumbling forward and shredding everyone!

As I said, these are her best supports. You can play her with others, but they may not bring as good results! I wanted to make a quick section as to why they work so well with the Night Hunter!

Combos + CancelsWhen it comes to Vayne's Combos and Cancels, they're all VERY important but they take a little time to get down. Ill show you visual examples to help out!
R+Q Cancel
The R+Q Cancel is one of the most important as it's bread and butter/muscle memory almost every time you use your ultimate. It's so good because you're popping your ultimate as well as instantly going invisible. I use this 99% of the time as does every 
Vayne
 player, its important! Get it down!
You do it by pressing R and then Q right after you tap R. It's simple and its easy to get the hang of! practice it in practice tool for a little bit and you'll get it!
Tumble Auto Reset
The Tumble Auto reset is a Vayne classic, its very simple. You just hug a wall and the second your auto out comes out. You Tumble and auto again, its clearly faster than normal Tumble auto as shown in the video! Get the hang of it, its useful!
Flash Condemn
This is by far the hardest combo to do on Vayne. You have to line it up correctly and perform it! The way it works: You press E then instantly flash where you want to line it up, its simple geometry for the most part. But the most important thing is , flashing before you E comes out. Go into the practice tool and test it out for a while.

Final TipsUse TumbleTumble
 into auto a lot in lane, it'll add up over time and it costs no mana.
﻿
Use can R+Q at almost the exact same time to instantly invis, you'll see Vayne
 players do this every single time they press R.
﻿
Use Final Hour
 invisibility as a repositioning tool. For example, walk upwards, then tumble invis downwards, you juke the enemies every time!
﻿
﻿Vayne
 in lane is a lot better than people make her out to be sometimes! Her mini spike is at level 3 and 6. Once you get Berserker's Greaves
, things start to heat up.
﻿
When hugging a wall, you can auto attack reset with Tumble if you Tumble into the wall directly after you auto. This is because it cancels the tumble animation!

Conclusion﻿
Vayne
 has been and always will be in my top 3 favorite champs of all time. I love her and i'm insanely good at her. She's the only ADC in the game that has the potential to 1v9 almost any game with a lead and in the right hands. Vayne
 can be a little tricky to pick up as she's mechanically requiring, but it's so nice having a solid Night Hunter in your arsenal! She has the most tank shredding capabilities of all the adcs after all. Load up league and do yourself a favor, play some Shauna Vayne.
