90% of the time i play Exhaust / Ignite, it provides good damage reduction and the slow allows you to also hit your daggers/ult way easier, helps with lvl 3 solokills aswell. Only times i pick flash is vs sepcific champs like Azir (to flash over his wall to a dagger) or like Malphite R
